What to do?

Alright, been staying up looking for flights and hotels for our trip back to Singapore during Easter.

Our options:
1. Fly by Emirates - total cost for 4 seats = £1,500. BUT hotel stay in Dubai will cost about £500 per night (!!!)
2. Fly by Singapore Airlines - total cost for 4 seats = £2,300. BUT 13 hours straight - can we survive with the 2 monsters (??!!??!)

Please someone tell us what to do?

(I know, I know... its my fault for marrying so far away!)

My New Year Resolutions

1. I will be more patient - will not shout at the kids or at Daddy
2. I will stop worrying about the kids not eating - they will NOT starve (right?)
3. I will be more thrifty - the kids do NOT need that much clothes!
4. I will eat more fruit
5. I will say "I love you" more often to Daddy

Wonder how long these will last?!!?

Boo at School

Pauline, one of Boo's school teachers just emailed me 2 photos of Boo in her nursery.
She looks so sweet in them - too busy playing to notice the camera!

Monday the school term starts again. She can't wait to go back to school - well, its only a nursery, wait till she gets into real school!

Congratulations to Uncle Peter and Auntie Sam who got engaged in Dubai in mid Dec-08.
We are very happy for you and wish you all the best!

Boo and Moo are going to be a flower girl and page boy in their wedding in Summer-09!!

Christmas in the Warren household

Christmas!
Finally the pressies are all bought and wrapped. The bags are all packed and the kids dressed.
The Warren family are going up to Moulton on Christmas Eve to spend Christmas with Grandma, Uncle Peter and Auntie Sam.

The car just couldnt take any more toys so when we got to Grandma's, we let the kids open the pressies that were given to them by other people (i.e. not from Santa, wink wink).
Isabel's mummy got Boo a pair of fairy wings and Boo loves them!
Look how pretty she looks next to Grandma.

A cheers on Christmas Eve... the mince pies are left next to the chimney for Father Christmas and we sprinkled the reindeer food out in the garden. Hope Father Christmas will come and bring Boo and Moo their toys!

And the mince pies are all eaten!

Boo opened her first pressie - A DOLLY!

And what did Moo get? A vacuum cleaner! Now he can help mummy clean the house...

Note: Grandma's tidy and clean front romm is getting really messy!

Finally with most of the pressies opened, the kids are willing to go upstairs and wash and change.

Grandma - the chef

The pretty necklace on her was given to her by the kiddos.

Moogie now knows how to point to his head. Especially when we sing "Head and Shoulders", he will point to his head and smile

Uncle Peter and Auntie Sam only came on Boxing Day 'coz Auntie Sam worked on Xmas Eve and they spent Christmas with her family in Canterbury.

Oh and they got engaged in Dubai earlier in the month - Big Congrats!

Another Christmas Dinner

Boo is wearing the cardigan and coat which Uncle Peter and Auntie Sam got her for Christmas.

Oh, did I say out of all the toys Moo got for Xmas, he likes the little blue plastic chair the most!

Moo loves pushing that walker around. But he gets cross when things get in his way - like the wall!

Christmas is FINALLY over! Thank goodness it only come once a year!
